So this month when my son went for his 2nd month to the PO and gave them his monthly the PO said NOT to ask for him next month because it would just piss him off.
We thought he had to report to his PO every month. But since the PO tells my son a little and then says something else it's hard to know what he's supposed to do.
Next month my so will go there and give them his monthly but he won't ask for his PO. This PO is the only one who deals with the SOs in this part of PA.
I don't see anything in his release papers that says he has to see the PO every month. Sometimes I think they bullshit just to 'catch' them not being in compliance.
What kind of experience have others had with a monthly trip to probation?

check page two, monthly report forms... could it be that he only has to submit a form and not a true face to face visit?
His po should be clear to him on when/how often he needs to report. Of course,idk how the feds work. If he doesn't report when he's supposed to, that's a violation.

His PO went to being fake nice to just rude. Sometime you wonder if they're just trying to 'catch' him violating and maybe helping to make that happen.
