If I remember correctly they order your fiancee to stay from the victim that would include third party connection. Do they know she refuses to stay away there should be something that can be done concerning this I believe that includes the victim to stay away from the perp.

Yeah. We got the order to stay away from them (and they have gone out of their way to make things hell for us by using a Facebook page to track events he and I planned to attend and then show up there to start shit for us), but today's event was right after court.

I'm not a violent person, but sometimes, I'd love to knock the stupid out of some people. I'll have to settle for rage walking, though. LOL

I am sorry that they gave him more time and thst chick is doing that can you get a order out against them.....like a restraing order so they cant come near you or your family?

I have stopped posting anything about things I look forward to and save it for pictures of my child since thats the only way my side of the family can see my boy (+give advice on raising him... not easy raising a child, let alone an autistic one).

I've been looking into a restraining order on them, but not sure how it works when they have a restraining order against my fiancee and are intentionally coming to our area because they knew he was here. The mother is cray-cray... literally.

You can still get one against them have a chat to a lawyer about it works better if you got prof or someone to back you up when you go for it.
Can you block them on fb? So you can still talk to your family.

Or, you could use FB to fake her out a couple of times.....post how excited you are to be going some place then, of course you go elsewhere (where you really wanted to in the first place) Then you and your friends post about how it was a shame something came up last minute and you couldn't go etc.
Keep them on their toes lol. Of course, I love to mess with people cos I'm evil like that lol

They were blocked, but the mother managed to use an actual group/page to track us down and keep tabs on us.
So, I literally just use FB for pictures of my child at this point.
The faking out would be nice, though. LOL

i would post that i was going some place to enjoy something or to join a couple of friends and then not go. and i would do this more than a few times!!!!

Good to know I'm not the only one. People like that can usually be turned against themselves

Document, Document, Document! When she comes around, follows, stalks, the only way that you can get anything done is to document her misbehavior. Then when you have documented for a while, file a complaint with the sheriff's office about it. You can request a restraining order against her too after you have enough documentation.

Stop using facebook for stuff. UGH. I have to keep reminding people that facebook is law enforcement s wet dream. People willingly putting their life out there for all to read. We already know that facebook will comply with law enforcement without a warrant, as will most of the big online companies (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Never put plans out there about what you are going to do... Use your email, it is not secure to hackers but it isn't easy to access either, not like Facebook and all the sharing that goes on. NEVER, post where you are, what you are doing on facebook, it is an invitation for people to rob your home, harass you where you venture, and for law enforcement to keep track of you too. I really can't say enough about social networking and what one should and shouldn't post to the world.

If you must use facebook, use it as a place to report what you have done rather than where you are going. You can use facebook to mislead those that wish to harass, sending them across town or to another town while you do as you wish. It might get them to leave you alone, it also might get them to start sitting outside your house and following you, just giving you more ammunition to get that restraining order.

Just remember, document EVERYTHING.

Totally agree Wisconsin. I never mention where I'm going on FB or where I am, only where I've been

something else, if you set up a place to go to and post about it, that your going with someone? have someone unknown to them sit else where with a good view and if they show up and make any remarks, make a point of walking past, bumping into you and any other of countless things, have them video all encounters.

if you get there after them you can sit far away or be at opposite ends, out of any routes that they would need for refreshments or the bathroom. then to get near you or pass you they would have to go out of their way. and that could be shown on the video.

where there's a will there's a way.

As much as I would love to e-mail videos to my family, its often not an option, and I've never been fond of youtube for videos of my kid. (As I said, they're 1,000 miles away.)

I have been doing good to mark when these people come out of their way to be near my family (They're in Madison, I'm in Milwaukee. Thats about 2 hours apart!)

But, until there is something more reliable and easier for my half of the family to use, Facebook it is. My grandma knows how to open Facebook on her phone, but can't figure out e-mail to save her life. Its the only way she has to see her great grandson.
