Funny, I watched a clip on something the other day with a guy at the beach taking pics of his OWN kids and people complained to the "beach patrol" and the guy went to him and the father volunteered to show him the pics he had taken of HIS kids only and then he also volunteered to put the camara in his car if it was making the other parents "nervous". Seriously???? I think, in that case. camaras should be banned from all theme parks (Disney, ect) so no one gets "nervous" that someone accidently takes a pic of their children in the background.
What has our world come to????

DAMN!!! Really?? this country has lost its mind!!! if you read in the article the New Jersey lawmakers tried to pass a law that would have made it illegal to photograph children in public without parental consent.

I guess this would be a good launching point to direct y'all to read my comments on a recent Time.com news story regarding the Dominque Strauss-Kahn case. I have made a couple posts and I am delighted, not to mention surprised, to say my comments received a good deal of agreement - 23 "likes" so far. Claire53, Great comments ( you have 31 likes btw). I think there has been a huge shift in public opinion lately regarding many SO crimes. You can read the remarks section of about any article related to the registry and SO laws and before it used to be 100-1 saying "put them all on an island" and now that ratio is changing and people are beginning to question the insanity. I see light at the end of the tunnel, am I the only one?

I couldn't help but remember the old movie, Shitty Shitty Bang Bang! Where the child catcher caught all of the children and took them to prison because the King hated Children!
I don't know why this movie came to my mind..........but I feel like that's where our country is leading. We can't love our children in public (kiss them, hug them etc.), we can't photograph them in public or private (cause someone at the film developing might think the pics were "offensive")
