I'm putting my house on the market this week and as soon as it sells, I plan to travel a while to visit various relatives in various states. I'm hoping eventually to choose a state where I can retire and establish residency for myself. I hope to settle in a state that has no residency restrictions for sex offenders but that also is tax-friendly to retirees. Then, when my son gets out of prison in Iowa, I hope he will be allowed to come live with or near me.

Pennsylvania but I'm not sure, but since everyone in Florida has a lifetime sentence on the list, even if it's level 1 low risk, there is a possibility he'll be changed to Predator.. still looking into this, but it makes you think twice.
