Am I wrong if they force the DNA test isn't she as much as stating that she is one of us or am I missing something?

I guess it depends on the law in that state since he is 17 and she is 20. He might have been 16 at the time because the baby is 3 months old or so right? Some states allow 16-24.

I get no emails either. What's going on with this site?

Getting back to the Justin B. story. It happened in L.A. California. He was 16, she was 19, at the time. There is a one year reporting period, or so the story said. And she reported this a few days after that one year. In California they usually don't prosecute (anymore) if there is less than 4 years between the couple.

Well, I just read an article that said it's unlawful if the minor was under 18 and the person was more than three years older....Which I thought was a little confusing because she isn't more than three years older?? So did she break this law or what...IDK. Personally, I think it would have been stupid to pursue such a claim without checking so I'm hoping her lawyers did check into this and the media, as usual, is blowing this into a big deal for hits.
