It' finally happening...First a law suit filed by our own RSOL state attorney Janice, and now more lawsuits. The registry started in CA. let's hope some of these laws end in CA., and hopefully other states will follow suit.

I WISH I KNEW HOW TO HELP OR ADVOCATE FOR THESE KIND OF ISSUES, I AM ALSO IN CALIFORNIA AND I KNOW FIRST HAND HOW THESE LAWS ARE SO UNFAIR. PLEASE KEEP US UPDATED ON THE LAW SUIT,
If you are in California, then there are things you can do to help.
Go to californiarsol.org and read. I know that money is tight, especially if you have a loved one on the registry, but if everyone donated just the price of a starbucks cup of coffee, we could file more lawsuits, to help overturn this horror that is happening.
We can't afford schools for our state's children that the politicians care so much about, but we can spend 91 million++ each year for GPS braclets alone. Almost 3 Billion over a three year period.
If someone is so dangerous that they can't live in society, then let them figure out some other kind of method. Information, Education, to stamp out sexual abuse, and the abuse of our system. Those that need help, should be able to get the help they need, young men need to be educated and informed of all the ways they themselves could wind up on the registry. They need information and education, why are we not providing this ! ?
They can start by telling the public the truth.
There have been six murders of sex offenders this year in California. IN ONE YEAR!
We can no longer remain quiet and hide. STAND UP, SPEAK UP, you will not be alone.
