Well first things first! We finally have a court date!!! It will be in September and be a full day trial. We also got our letter back from the parole board allowing my husband to live with Alex and our unborn child. So that's one thing they can't use in court against us! Now just some of the things going on with Alex. As most of you know he has been sick pretty much the while time they have had him. 2 weeks ago they had to take him to the emergency room because his fever spiked and he had a seizure.....the bad part about this is they didn't even tell me he was in the er until 3 days later, the day before I got him for a visit that week, and I didn't find out about the seizure until the day I got him bc he had a doctors appt.!! Of course it's withholding medical information that our lawyer has been trying to get ahold of their lawyer about. I have been talking a lot with a woman who is Alex's grandmas sister. She has told me some pretty interesting things and claims to be on our side. We just found out that she is being called as a witness and they are not to happy about it. Their cousin who used to work for juvenile court before she got fired also messaged us saying it only takes one accusation against my husband and our soon to be child for our lives to be hell.....lol Ohhhh what she doesn't understand about a sex offender and their family's lives.....so yea we sent that to our lawyer too. Other than that we found a house that we are looking into buying, my husband has been having a lot of health issues. Since March he has had 5 surgeries including a bypass on his leg. Hopefully disability goes through. We just keep hanging in there as much as possible. Oh and we found out we are having another boy. My due date is November 10th and his name will be Carter Miyoko, Miyoko means beautiful child.
