I'm sorry you going thru that .normal stuff people do should not be violated .you go get married but told you can't enter their country . this is All part of new world order. The states and countries all do same thing .in their sex offender registry stuff

You were denied entry to the Philippines. What level offender are you and do you have a designation with the level? I am on the SOR in New York State. I am a level 1 with no designation. (sexual predator, sexual deviant, etc. ). I have been going to the Philippines for many years with no problem at all until a couple months ago. What I did was apply for a visa extension to stay in the Philippines for two months to be with my wife. That extended visa application triggered a background check. Which is done by the Philippine Bureau Of Immigration. They contact the US embassy for a background check. Now I am blacklisted from entering the Philippines thanks to the wonderful US Embassy. If you do not do a extended visa and you a level 1 offender with no designation and are very low risk, Interpol in Wash DC will usually not contact Philippine Immigration. They are looking for high risk targets. I travel all over Asia 4 times a year and have never had any problem getting in any country. The only countries I cannot go now to is Philippines. As long as you are on a registry you will not be allowed into the Philippines. I myself have 8 months left on the registry and I will petition the Philippine Immigration to be lifted off the blacklist. Their law says as long as you are on a registry you are not allowed there. Now as for someone to suggest that your fiancé come to the US to get married here with you, your chances are next to none. If you are a sex offender you are not allowed to petition your fiancé to come here to the US. You will be denied unless you can prove that you are no risk or threat to your fiancé. And you will be automatically denied. And you will be waiting approx. 3 years for an answer from USCIS. And the massive amount of paperwork they want is ridiculous. All this thanks to the Adam Walsh Act. I know because I was just denied to bring my lady here from the Philippines with a 5 page letter why I was denied. These petitions are almost denied 99.9% of the time. It is pure overreach from the government to keep punishing you. I know its bad news and I find myself now trying to figure out what to do. Its my right and your right to be with the one you love as to the 14 amendment of the constitutuion. But fight on. Cause if you are like me ,,I will not take no for an answer from USCIS. And what bothers me the most is that the AWA bill was helped pushed through by congressman Mark Foley of Florida who resigned from office for having sex with underage boys. You're correct about the fiancée coming to the US to marry. From what my attorney told me, if you are lifted from the registry, you must petition the Immigration Commissioner using their form and request that you be lifted from the blacklist. However, you have two issues. One overstaying your visa and two being on the registry automatically put you on the blacklist once they sent you home. Again, if you read the circular "Immigration Administrative Circular No. SBM-2014-001, dated 2 Feb 2014 " there is a time period you must wait BEFORE you can petition the Commissioner. If you petition the Commissioner BEFORE that time period the petition will automatically be denied. As I read, you need to complete a BI Form 2015-13-009, Rev 0 or a BI Form 2014-13-002, Rev 0. I'm not sure which is the correct one. Again, if you go to the Philippines Immigration web site it explains in detail what you need to do to petition the Commissioner.

My understanding is that the AWA forbids those who have committed a sex crime against a minor to petition for someone to come to live in the US. If your crime was not against a minor you should be able to petition.

The Adam Walsh Act amended 8 U.S.C. §1227(a)(2)(A) by adding sec- tion (v) which makes a conviction under 18 U.S.C. §2250 a deportable offense. The law also prohibits “U.S. citizens and lawful permanent resident aliens who have been convicted of any ‘specified offense against a minor’ from filing a family-based immigrant petition...on behalf of any beneficiary.” As described above,“specified offenses against a minor” include most computer-facilitated crimes against children, including any child pornography offense and any use of the Internet to lure a child for sexual contact. In addition, the Immigration and Naturalization Act was amended to “remove spouses or fiancés of U.S. citizens convicted of these offenses from eligibility for ‘K’ nonimmigrant status.”
