Interesting.. At what age, I've been wondering though, is a child no longer considered a juvenile?

This is an 8 yr old boy accused of molesting a 5 yr old in school. Now here is my problem with this - supposedly these assaults took place in open areas (lunch room for example) and it was severe enough to leave signs on the little girl? This one of those stories that leaves me questioning it ... I notice they have removed all the news stories about it ....

Thanks Independent for posting this - I am glad to see that more and more lawyers and other people are starting to push back! I guarantee that there are people that will read the article Independent posted and be incredulous that we are putting children through that nonsense! Most people just do not realize it!
