My dad took the plea deal (1 count instead of 4). The judge rejected it. So they will be doing a mental evaluation and then the court date is the 18th. No trial and no chance to speak. The judge didnt read the letters from family and friends. The judge doesnt seem to care at all about anything. He just sees a charge and wants to do as much damage as possible without any proof. How is this legal or fair?! We are trying to prove his personality and say hes a good person. I was almost raped when I was a child and they claim theres no police report. Where did it go?! Oh and that I was on drugs when I was a teenager. What?! Where is that coming from?! They have my dads social wrong his date of birth. All kinds of info wrong. So how can they base their choice on false info? My husband had an old computer in my dads basement and they said they found cp on it from 2002. My husband bought that computer used way after 2002. But its in his house so it must be his (sarcasm). They think my dad is lying about everything and my family is lying to save him.
