I found this by chance from a website and I have been wanting to go to schools and talk to these young teens and parents about SO laws. I want to let everyone know that all SOs are not alike and your child or children could be a victim of this law too. Please take no offense when I say not all SOs are alike. I am talking about urinating, etc. in public. I just want to get the word out and I want to start when school starts in August here. Louisiana is the worse for putting people in jail and I want to make an impact and educate our society. It has to start now!!!

I would encourage you to call the nearest middle school and ask to speak to the person in charge of sex education and/or the principal. They need to hear your story.

Thanks honest! I have a friend of mine that knows what happened and she said that she will get me in the door. I feel that if I get one foot in one school it will lead to many more!

That is one powerful, inspiring video, and it has to be seen! It reminds me of the movie "The Wave" which was shown to students by a professor who wanted to make them aware what was going on in Nazi Germany, and how easily millions of people were persuaded. Please share that video with as many people as necessary. "The Wave" became a huge hit and people were in awe watching it. Maybe, this video will have a similar effect and open eyes. I hope so. You are right. It has to start NOW!

OMG! Ok that is a fantastic video and I hope it catches on because it's needed, badly! Sadly many areas of this country have started to mirror Hitler's Germany and it's not from one administration it stretches back at least 15 years. We live in the age of corruption and I fear things will only get worse before they get better.

Thanks everyone for your support! I just really needed to get thumbs up because I really want to share this with these young kids and parents. This is a start and if anyone else can get this going in other states, it would be great! I saw a video of a male judge in the Louisiana area talk with kids at a school about sexting, etc. It was great until he got to the SO. :(

I agree!!!! I just stumbled across this as I was ready the book "Consensual Consequences". They had a site in the book and I went to check it out and found this video. Its funny because it reads: "Are you a registered sex offender? Then watch this video!" Here is the link of the site I got it from.
