I don't know what restrictions there are on being a SO and travel. I d imagine there wouldn't be any issue going to the park itself. There's millions of people filtering through there, its not like they run background checks on every single visitor.

Canada/USA/Australia all share the same computer system, which is very indepth. so travelling to any of those countries is extremely difficult.

As far as entering the US, though, with International Megan's Law being passed, which encourages countries to deny entry into other country's boarders, I'm feeling that the US would deny your husband entry.

Disney can do background checks if your husband is staying at a hotel on Disney property and the room is in his name. If you were staying offsite and visit the park, you would be ok, since you don't show I.D. to enter. Florida itself does have strange rules regarding SO's in general.

We are in the same position.bt sucks as we will never be able to travel to the US. There's no issue surrounding EuroDisney though. That's what we will do eventually. I know people who have been to Disneyland and EuroDisney and they much prefered Paris as it was less travel and queues are much shorter too.
