The people that used to post here migrated over there. I know there are lots of mothers who are active there.

I am one. Not sure the extent of his past offending but i do know it happened at least once or twice and probably more. He was charged and arrested a year and a half ago for CP. He is now serving in his 2nd year at a State prison in Florida. I do know it is not my fault, he has told me it was his drinking and drugs and his fault only. I say that bc as Moms, we want to blame ourselves. All I can do now is love him, give emotional support due to his accountability and pray for his safety. He is in constant danger from gangs but all i can do is pray he comes out alive. Mothers worst nightmare and im sure its a Dads worst nightmare as well. Hope some of this helps...it is such a difficult situation.

My son is now 20 yo but 3 years ago I found out he had been molesting his sister (my daughter) for around 5 years. He was convicted of felony child molest as a juvenile. I have conflicting feelings.

Yes, "conflicting feelings" is quite the understatement I'm sure. Where is your son now and how is he doing? How old is your daughter now and how is she doing? Is there any chance for reconciliation or is that off the table? And, last but not least, how are YOU doing? I'm not quite a year out and the early crisis stuff is past but it's so hard to wait to see where they will both end up, and also my relationship with both kids is strained now.

ND3399, I realized I never said at the top of this thread that in my family too, my son molested my daughter. He was around age 10-14 at the time and she was 2 years younger. It was disclosed last summer when she was 16 and he had unfortunately (for the law) just turned 18.

My 16 yo son molested both of my daughters (11 and 6). I feel so alone.
