Looking for a place for me and my husband. I called the sheriffs office in my state and they were so rude. Told me my husband could never be around our grandson because of his cp charge. I told her, where is that law, I have never seen it. I wonder if they just lie to get you out of their county. When I called another state (Florida) they were extremely nice and said they do not have a rule like that.
I look on the internet everywhere and could not find where my husband could not see his grandchild. The judge at sentencing said he could. This woman said "judges don't know state law"! Is there anyone I can call to find out if it is true, if not, I am going to see her in person.
