The book is only for sale it would appear, not something that can be just read at the link.

I'll allow it for now, but in the future the rules may change about selling things on a forum designed for support. I'll probably set up something where it can be listed in the news section after it is sent in a PM to me or another admin.

Otherwise after reading the synopsis the book looks like it could be an interesting read.

Wisconsin, he originally offered a free version, but he also went and posted in darn near every thread on the forum and got people really riled up at him. It is too bad, because might have given some serious thought to the book and information if he had not done that.
