I know this is probably been asked a million times on this board but wanted to know if anybody knows any resources to research where my son can live. His restrictions are 1,000 feet from school daycare or park. His po has not been real helpful and needing to find a place ASAP. He told my son he couldn't live anywhere in the city but when looking at the registry there are several men that do live in the city. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
i have done extensive research and i did find out they measure property line to property line.....NOT building to building. it is a straight line no matter how many roads or structures are between them. I was advised not to move somewhere because it is within 1000 ft and my son couldnt visit...well, stipulation is loiter not visit...got out the dictionary....oops , I CAN MOVE AND HE CAN VISIT. the maps rules and dictionary are my key to figuring things out. 1000 feet is 3 1/2 basic city blocks...but remember , it is straight line property line to property line..my son is out in september and i will use what i can to challenge them and their attitudes. i have already figured out po s are dicks. and hes not even home yet.....
