Are you sure evidence is winning here or has the tide turned on the emotional side of things... it has been my experience that facts and truth do little to deter folks... Only pain, suffering and things that couldn't possibly be true are believed...

With Wisconsin continuing to entertain the idea of statewide restrictions... I fear that they will learn the hard lessons that California, Florida and other states already know... residency restrictions CREATE homelessness... It bolsters recidivism rates.... and it costs the taxpayer a whole shit ton of money... more than anyone would think is right to spend... Especially if they know the real costs of the laws and their enforcement. Something I KNOW Wisconsin does not know... How much does one sex offender really cost from arrest to release from custody?
