Is this to pay the ACLU to fund legal expenses to fight the state?
I've never heard of the ACLU wanting donations for a "specific" case. The ACLU should be filing a "class action" lawsuit, not individual lawsuits. Is that what they are doing? Just trying to gather enough information to see if they have enough followers?
I would also suggest you send them a fiscal cost analysis and an impact statement. You can get that from the LSA in your state. Most likely, they have been filed sometime down the line and have been ignored!
I would also collect data from Ohio in regards to the affects Ohio has endured from AWA implementation. all of the evidence that you can present will play a part in bringing AWA down!
