Today the Ohio, Supreme Court ruled that the Adam Walsh Act was Unconstitutional. So anyone convicted before the law went into affect will go back to their original tier! And if you were one of the people who had already served your registation requirements and were, off the registry, only to be put back on due to the AWA, you will be off again! The AWA is only affecting the people that were convicted of their crime after Jan 2008. We will continue to fight this law for those still being subjected to this terriable law. If it is unconstitutional for some, then it should be unconstitutional for all.
