a huge relief for a lot of folk.
Again I am floored by the lunacy we have in public office and impressed that despite a lot of factors pushing RSOs towards recidivism we have the lowest recidivism of any crime besides murder.
NY and California are now on board with stopping NIMBY (not in my backyard) laws by local cities and counties, this is a huge win that hopefully will continue to trickle down to all states -- even Lord help them, the Bible Belt.
