And as much as I dislike dr Phil at least the show is doing something to talk a about non-stranger danger case when it comes to the sexual abuse of a child. Remember children are abused 93% of the time by people they know. The registry focuses much more on stranger danger the 7% and that is just part of why it's is so ineffective.
