Well maybe articles like this that are honest and forthcoming will assist in the realization of the general public that not everyone on the list is that horrible person they have in their imagination!

Agreed! I found it refreshing that a station in the heart of the state would even tackle this issue.

"Our organization advocates for an end to a public registry; we believe that a listing of only those who are under community supervision and those clearly shown to be a danger to society be in the hands of law enforcement only. Clearly the law enforcement personnel exposed in this excellent piece are not who we have in mind."
