Florida felon here

I have been out since 06 and have tried to keep myself in the good and narrow. I just had a problem occur while backing out of my driveway I backed into a car on the other side of the street. I am concerned is this going to send me back. The damage on the other car was a scratch and a small dent. The owner of the car took it bad but not as bad as her sister who kept telling me need to take responsibility. I felt owning but to the car accident taking responsibility. As it stands now I left my name and number. and of course with being a Saturday afternoon with no way to reach my PO till Monday leaving me extremely concerned hoping someone here could advise me. The other party has me name and number and I live straight across the street so I won't be all that hard to find.

Do you have car insurance and permission to drive? Are you a registered citizen?

If you are legal to drive your car, you should have nothing to worry about. I don't think you violated any of your conditions. My son is on probation in Florida and spun his car out in the rain while passing another vehicle. He did not hit the other vehicle but scared the heck out of the driver and did extensive damage to his when he smacked the guardrail. He got the ticket and took care of it. I am not a lawyer but I do not believe that what you described is a violation of probation. He did go in for 42 days for going to the dog park, but that's another story.

I do have current insurance and do have permission to drive thankfully I'm in Massachusetts now not completely safe from FL but much better. The owner of the car stated that all that was needed was a can of spray paint. Coming from FL guess I am still afraid to even breathe. Thank you all for replying

That is correct. No dog park. Nothing with the name of park. Also no trails. Those are liner parks according to my county

Congratulations on getting out of here. Don't worry about minor traffic stuff. Good to know that you feel better where you're at.

I started to write about the dog park but thought better of hijacking maisr's thread. I'll share the story in a new one.
