Finding information

Why is it so hard to find information online? I cannot find the rules & regulations that my bf must follow when he is released regarding being a RSO I know he has to register address etc. but I can't find out if there is different levels in our state or residency restrictions or any rules and restrictions as far as that goes I have tried contacting RSOL in my state never got a response. Anyone have any ideas on where I can look.

Thanks it does help answer some but I'm still trying to find out if there is a level system and if all levels are on the public register and information like that. All the help is much appreciated

Let me look and see if NM has a tier system. I think someone was introducing that last year but I don't know if it passed. Here's more info from a bad group.

Another question should of he got his written notice of his duty to register when he was sentenced or will he get it once he is out of prison.
