Like that ploy has ever worked in court... WTF...

Well they may have their "ick" factor but I say he gets whats coming to him if the average person gets caught up with the laws these guys are making then he deserves everything he gets!!!!! not that I am saying anything is good with CP I am saying he should get the time anybody else in his situation should get!!!!

we all know what would happen if it were any other man..... so why not him?

this will be interesting to say the least, to see how this plays out and what his sentence ends up being.

i am so sick and disgusted with the double standard for politicians or the rich and powerful.

Maybe I missed it but I do not see it mentioned in the article linked that, just a year before his arrest, former Rep. Farnham was a co-sponsor of a bill increasing penalties for CP. Oops.
