That is beyond crazy. If anyone was to be charged why wasn't it the babysitter? I'm not saying I'd charge her, but why the 8 year old???

Iam getting the impression that it's a hate men thing.....even a 8 year old!!!
If they where going to charge someone it should of been the babysitter.
