I was chatting with rswmom and the subject of getting a job and education came up. I would like others to post information as to programs for people to use to get career skills when they are released to find jobs. Here are the ones I know about.

Government retraining programs. http://www.doleta.gov/ Free money you do not have to pay it back
Also remember that the Small business administration provides low interest loans to start up a business. Just remember to incorporate , that way there is no personal liability should be business not work out.
