The article doesn't say whether any of these people are required to register as sex offenders...though their actions, taking advantage of those in custody, does seem predatory.

Its sickening to think what those who are convicted of sex crimes in Arizona go through. Their sentences are ridiculous for the most part.
Now this? These "correctional officers" are predators. I can't believe they allowed the JCO to plead down. That is the one I am most surprised at.
