Here they make them sign a form saying they are voluntarily taking this, when its not voluntary, they are being forced, so it is a damned if you damned if you dont
It's important to get a PO that you can work with, and to remember the PO is basically god for the time you are in their grasp. If you get the itch to try and stand up to your PO or your loved one's PO, you are most likely causing a ton of problems for yourself or loved one. You are better off holding your breath and waiting it out, however uncomfortable that is. In this case though, you can avoid that advice because your PO already has it out for your partner. Does he already have a lawyer he can talk to about this?
All you can do is have your partner hold his ground and keep on passing every poly.
In South Carolina they call me"Mr". My appointments rarely go beyond 5 minutes and often I'm just given a card with next months appointment. I feel very comfortable with my PO. He's given me blank travel papers should I need to drive my parents to Alabama (my brother is fighting cancer.) I feel he truly cares about me. He has never asked me to take a polygraph or a drug test. My PO has made only 1 site visit and he didn't get out of his truck.
