I have to say that when I first came across Once Fallen.com one time I was actually impressed with what you are trying to do.
However, I am now completely offended at your presentation on the awards thing you showed us.
Listen to me. "The Powers That Be" (whomever they are) don't mess around when it comes to making laws to further alienate RSO's.
I mean I actually couldn't believe my ears as I was watching this. Saying F#@k You throughout the presentation???? Are you completely out of your mind??????

Instead of being professional. You are taking something that is precious, which is our right to Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happyness and you are throwing it down the toilet???????????
How do you expect anyone to take you seriously when you have to use the "F" words every 30 seconds during your presentation.

I am not coming from the standpoint of a Christian right now. I am coming from a standpoint from someone looking from the outside in. If this was my first contact with oncefallen.com by watching the awards, I would equate you with the National Enquirer or The Onion.
It is not funny. Nor will it ever be.
You had some great information in there. And I appreciate that. But you are cutting us off at our own knees with your presentation and nobody will EVER be able to take us seriously.
I completely recommend that oncefallen.com is completely stricken from Daily Strength until they get their act together and until they can use their head and not their mouth.

@ Faerydark- I didn't think of a PM at the time. Perhaps I could have thought of a: "Warning contains language.." spot. But let's say someone else wrote the same thing I did and I was another person. Even as a Christian I still would have watched it because Reforming Sex Offender laws is an important and vital cause.
What went through my mind at the time was it's not about the "F" word but it is about the "F" word. I can handle the "F" word. What was being said was what was being said.
My whole point in this grand scheme of things is that if you listen to that song while reading the important information that is being presented is that presentation is telling the world to "F@#k Off" That's not the message I or others that may feel the same way want to be represented.
I am not trying to start a fight. But if that's what you want to call it. That is not what this is.
I am trying to say that oncefallen.com should not presume to have the right to speak for everyone either.
Try to understand what I am saying when I say it's not about the "F" word in the fact that they are trying to get a shock value going.
It's about how "we" as a collective are trying to tell the world that we are trying to Reform Sex Offender laws.
How can "The Powers That Be" or anyone for that manner take us seriously when we have someone that is not using their head on their shoulders when they want to represent and present information based on "we/us" as a collective?
Oncefallen.com is driving a wedge in the form of public opinion in the wrong direction and everyone is going to think "we" want to tell the world to "F$#k Off"

As I said before, each person fights the fight in their own way - not all will be the same.
But you need to ask yourself exactly what you are hoping to accomplish - do you want everyone to gang up on him because you do not agree with his methods? Think about that for a few moments ...
@Advocate - You brought up a great point that deserves some attention.
It is quite obvious that I was angry. Using all caps is shouting...right?...lol.
Since I cannot take anything I said back I don't know what to say at this point except I apologize to everyone that I could have presented myself and my point that I was trying to get across in a more constructive way.
And no.. no torches and pitchforks... that would make us no better than the rest of the world that is against us.
In my opinion Once should have put a content warning himself in the post. But that is besides my main point that I am trying to drive home.
All I am concerned about is our credibility in fighting for Life Liberty and Happiness for persons charged with a former offense and how we can keep that intact.
Where we go from here is up to the Moderator of this group.

Quite frankly, your opinion is as worthless as Valigator's opinion in my eyes. I am going to tell you this however, privately or publicly. If you are offended by the F word and it makes you fly off the handle like this, then you are completely and utterly worthless to me and to the cause as a while.
I'm going to tell everyone a brief story. A couple of years ago, I was on "Russia Today," discussing the castration controversy. Okay interview considering my interviewer was a Nancy Grace wannabe. So they put a written interview up on their website, then they added an option to download the video interview.
You want to know the extension for that video file? KIDF*CKER.
Now, I can't imagine YOU being able to handle it. I wasn't too happy about it either, so I simply told the producer about this problem and reminded them that this crossed a line into slander.
So, if you can't handle the F bomb then you can't handle kidf*cker, kiddie diddler, kid toucher, pedophile, pervert, predator, sex fiend, sex beast, chicken hawk, monster, tree jumper, freak, predophile, or any other word people use to describe those forced to register. Thin skin is the most useless trait one can have in this movement.
If you have a problem with me, then instead of whining like a coward, go out and "show me how it is done." Maybe I might actually pay attention to someone who is actually making a difference. You don't have to like me, but my credentials speak for myself -- dozens of media interviews, have actually helped stop a few bad laws from passing, spend years hosting one of the most comprehensive websites on sex offender topics, and soon you can add the first protest taking our message directly to those needing to hear it. I'd like to see you step up to the plate and show us that you can do more than whine over the use of the F word.
