My daughter who is 9 saw a disturbing image on the TV of a man kissing a woman's breast and she told her school and now they have call CPS to investigate because my husband is a Registered Sex Offender. My children don't know Daddy is registered.
The counselors at her school have spoken with Caitlyn and she told them when asked her father did not touch her nor has anyone else. Just that this image disturbed her. And she saw this movie while her dad was in the room. She also told them that the only way that she can spend time with her Dad is watching TV (this is my husbands only past time). The problem is she has used the term "Only way I can spend time with my Dad is to watch what he was watching" Problem being he had NO IDEA she was in the room during the kissing scene. This was a regular movie on HBO not a PORN!.
I am freaking out.
Is my husband going to violated, are they going to take him to Jail, what is going to happen.

Fair or unfair, such a plan offered by of you both gets him out of the cross hairs and should satisfy even LE/ school counselors/ child protective services and the courts. It involves no plea bargain admissions that " are untrue anyway. It just says that her father out of concern for her and his family is willing to put a plan in place and move out for now. Such a "plan" beats them all to the punch, offers them an alternative and gets you therapists- as-allies. Family therapy also helps your daughter who didn't know but now bears the guilt of perhaps sending her daddy to jail and all the rest of you while you get through this and plan a future together as a family. Just an idea.
