I am so scared, and feel like life is caving in. My husband was jamming to music in his vehicle when the "victim" reported suspicious movement. There is NO evidence, the "victim" can't identify my husband nor the vehicle, she didn't see anything other than movement that she suspected was masterbation. The cop stated my husband confessed when he didn't, there is no video, audio, 3 person, interview notes NO physical evidence. But, yet he can't find a job cause he has a pending case where he can become a sex offender. I am now a single mom to two sets of twins, having to go back to work, living with family as we have lost everything. I feel so alone, heartbroken on how someone can be convicted of a crime with no physical evidence. We have hired an attorney to appeal, but our trial attorney told us no crime was committed even if he did do it. But here we are………. I need help on helping him find a job.
