For those who dont know, my daughter struggled with insomnia right after trial because DA forced her on the stand against her will. I suffered from depression and anxiety ever since hub's arrest up until 3 weeks ago.

It took us 6 months to finally get her on sleeping pills that helped her to get back to a natural sleeping schedule after taking Ambien for 2 months. Earlier this week, my daughter had her physical and checking up on her to see how she is sleeping.

Doctor asked how DTR was doing, if sleeping better, and any other issues due to her abuse. She told him that she was fine, just missed her dad. I also told him that I no longer need my meds for the last few weeks as well.

Doctor asked how hub was doing. After talking to us, he said, "So, how do you feel about this? Is it like he made a bad choice or something else?"

I have always liked this doctor, and having him ask us if it was just the fact that he made a bad choice and is sorry for it, made me respect him so much more.
