That Julia Tuttle camp was such a nightmare. In 2007 I went to Miami and lived there for a month under the bridge with the rest of the RSO's in protest against these laws. Do you know that while living there there were even unsupervised children who would come there on weekends to fish? So it was just these 20 or so RSO's there under the bridge with a bunch of little kids (many 8-10 years old) who were there just to catch some fish. How ironic is that?

Now guys are forced to live on a specific street corner because the policy of the probation office to tell them to live under bridges was banned. What is the world coming to??

What is really scary to me is that one town over from me (Pflugerville, Texas) has completely BANNED any RSO from moving into their city! PERIOD. That is where we're headed folks, unless we really stand up and fight.

I'm telling you - mandatory court-appointed legal counsel for every one of us is the answer to bringing this to its knees!!

You know what is funny? (okay - NOT funny actually) When I lived there for the month under the Julia Tuttle I was required to register my residence there and even though I told them I would only be there a month I am still to this day (five years later) on the Florida registry. Shouldn't the American taxpayers sue the State of Florida for knowingly and fraudulently receiving money from the U.S. Government by keeping my name on their registry for all these years? The same goes for the State of Kansas who still has me there. I wonder what would happen if I moved temporarily (a quick cross-country trip might even suffice) to each state and registered there. I wonder if they would all keep me on their registry so they could fraudulently receive funds - another name on the list - what is that worth?
