I haven't been on lately because very little has changed. I still am not allow to see my partner. PO is adamant that we follow his rules... So even though we have been a year without a probation violation he word is law. I have gone on with life and sometimes it even seems normal. Now the PO states if my partner can pass a Polygraph about his offence he will consider allowing me some visitation. Please pray me partner passes. I don't have much belief that he will as the poligripher that the PO choose was just investigated last month and found guilty of using not approved method to get convictions and failing people that had passed the polygraph. But I do believe in Spirit and I do believe in miracles so I am asking for your prayers to whomever you believe in! Thanks!

Can they do that? I know polygraphs aren't allowed in court. Do PO's have such discretion they can set any rules they like?

Why in the hell does that polygrapher still have a job? Every person that ever failed one of that persons polygraphs should be given an automatic pass instead of the original fail. What is the punishment for polygraphers who do these things? In all honesty there is no science behind any polygraph test. It's all bullshit anyways. Anyone who wants to be a professional polygrapher as a career choice is no better then someone who wants to be a cop. The scum of the earth in other words. They betray society all in the name of being a professional boot licker for the state. They will get theirs when shit finally does hit the fan though.

Ok, I just wanted to say that my doctor said one of the side effects of quitting Xanax is uncontrollable anger. I throw things and have regular temper tantrums like a three year old. I hope the admins on here don't ban me for saying mean things constantly, I feel like some of my posts are more offensive then the ones from oneofthem...forgive me if they are. I will get better..eventually..thank you guys for being here to listen to me vent. I love you all

Thanks I have been reading about polys.... Yes the PO's word is law if you wish to live without constant strife... Fair... Well none of this is fair... Prayers please!

In my state the PO can pick whoever she wants. Their word is next to god. It is easy to get angry over it with or without drug side effects.

Well he took it. They stated he had a reaction to 1 question. Which is ironic because he answered the question the same way it was stated in court by the victim. So there is proof he isn't lying. But I would guess he won't pass until our appeal is rejected. Thanks for the prayers and support. The last he failed was on drinking. We did an independent hair test and proved no substance abuse for last year. The stated then he failed cause he was thinking about it... I think they fail whomever they want...

Im sorry you going thru that .these polygraph are just about punishing .someone has a past .they been forgiven of but society govt wants to take what you got till u have nothin left .our hard earned money every 6 mths and have to put you thru the wringer .they make you feel like your the worst person on earth .and til u out of probation .that how they will treat our loved ones.praying thibgs wil work out for you both .Lord will be done .gbu
