Any news on a law suit on HR 515?

Just curious if anything has been filed to prevent this bill from going on

I imagine any lawsuit would not be filed until the bill is actually signed and becomes law.

There is a slim chance the president could veto the bill, or barring that perhaps a giant sinkhole will open up and swallow the greater Washington, D.C. area, or an asteroid could strike or aliens could abduct our leaders...but that's just wishful thinking.

Yeah, I put my bests that the lawsuit will be filed. This may give us enough ammo to have this heard by SCOTUS to determine that the registry is actually punative.

This will become law, period. Even if that person in the WH veto's it Congress can easily override it. one of the few bi partisan things that happen in the circus.

A lawsuit can't be filed until the law does harm to an individual. It is the same reason that they had to wait until Obamacare was signed in to law before they could file their law suits too.
