Well we managed to pay our lawyer $1000.00 last week. He informed us that they have not replied to the interrogatories yet and they are due. So we are still waiting on that before we can set a court date. I had Alex on tuesday for a visit, we went to visit our cousin and stayed at her house that day. While we were there my husband called me and told me the cops were just at our shop because apparently they had someone call them saying me and Alex was there with Matt and he was outside playing with Alex. So the cops had to come check it out to see and of course we weren't there. We called our lawyer and he is sending a letter over to their lawyer telling them and their family and friends to stay away from our shop and my work, or there will be harassment charges pending. This whole thing seems to just be getting out of control. I hate not having my baby with me. I was just thinking the other day that's it's about time to start potty training and I can't even do that because he is not with me...... We are still hanging in there though. Hopefully we will be able to get back into court soon.
