The other thing I find odd is the fact that the initial charges were dropped and then they tacked on more and issued a search warrant. It's almost as if the prosecutors were like "oops we made a mistake let's go back and nail him on other charges". Problem is by the time the warrant is issued it's more than four to six months after the incident and possibly more. Time is not evidences friend.

However, the description of the 'investigation' is beyond disturbing, the fact that what they tried to do to this 'child' (if true) does not qualify as CP is an outrage.
"He said they took him to a room and took pictures of his genitalia,” Bigley said. “I asked if they’re allowed to do that, and [Trey] said, ‘I tried to refuse,’” which he did, he didn’t want to do it. They told him if he did not they would do it by force.”
How can they justify taking a kid that age and forcing him to have photos like that done that in it's self is cp and a form of abuse! Why isn't there people jumping up and down about this?? And how did the judge let a warrant like this pass??

Here's the article from the Post. I agree with them. Those police officers would be committing child abuse and pornography themselves. How insane is that?
