He is federal too? There is a service the feds use that you can get your transcripts from. I got mine a few years back. I'll try to find it later this afternoon.

Also - I'm a pretty good jailhouse lawyer. I'd be willing to review his case pro bono to see if I see any appellate issues.

I was wonder if you would be able to help. I don't know much about his case. He was growing pot and they did a raid on his house. I know he had charges before this, as it states he was an ex... well, why don't I just email you so all his stuff is not out for the group.. It's not SO stuff.

I'm also trying to figure out what to do with my son's case. Maybe we can talk about that also. We have clear evidence of his innocence yet I needed to save up more money to hire another lawyer. I'm not done with his case at all. Since it's Federal I was thinking that, after I move up there I can deal with it in the courts up there? Maybe not.. but even if I have to wait until he's released and living up there.. it might give him a better chance. I don't know.
