I thought that most of the comments were pretty good. I have met people like the writer. I was at the farmer's market a few years ago and one of the local sellers (she's a grandma and makes soap and related cosmetics) asked me "Haven't I met you before? Do your children go to school in town?" I politely said that I did not recall meeting her recently and left it at that. Obviously, we know why she recognized me, but she couldn't recall 100%. (Good for me).

Wow! No one said, "Lock 'em up and throw away the key!" A few years ago, that would have been what all the comments were. While the author is a throw-back to the dinosaurs, intelligent people are not letting that get past them. Thank God for courageous people who are willing to face down fear with truth. I especially liked the comment about bringing cookies to the new neighbor...without the kids, of course. We are all human beings. We all have weak spots. Each of us lives in a glass house in some way. The best advice to this lady is to stop throwing stones.
