http://www.cnn.com/2011/12/08/justice/georgia-slain-girl/index.html?hpt=ju_c2 they found this little girl dead as far as the person who they have accused they want to check out his history from what i have read so far this guy has a clean criminal history i am sorry that they have found this little girl dead but i have to question how did Megans law help here? and i bet this guy is not on any sex offender website.so again i have to ask how did all of these laws to stop sex offenders ie living close to a school bus stop playground beach how did it stop this crime from happening to this child? how does tracking people with GPS work in this case? how does paying the police all of this money to check up on people help here? how does kicking someone out of their home because they are close to a school help here? forgive me for ranting here but i will bet you some politician will jump on this and will want to name another worthless law after this little girl.my heart goes out to this child family but this just goes to show why these laws DO NOT work........peace out and god bless
