well what do you expect for california when ever a kid is killed they always go after those on the registry pointing blame where ever they can find it and never finding the person who actually did it wonder how long it took these idiots to find out it was the brother and not someone on the registry

wow i read the same story on CNN MSNBC and fox news and the only one that used the sex offender scapegoat was the CRAPPY NEwS NETWORK not once did fox news or MSNBC use the word sex offender in there story fox news said they went door to door looking for the suspect but not once did they mention the word sex offender seems like CNN loves to use the word sex offender in stories like this

I have 2 questions, as far as I can recall, there was no sexual contact with this little girl, so why search for sex offenders? And 2, when have they ever searched a registered sex offender and found "ah-ha, they did it". As a mother my heart breaks for this woman. She lost 2 kids in this ordeal. Wonder what possessed this 12 yr old to do such a terrible act on this own sister.

I'm beginning to think that these cops LOVE situations like these. It's their jackpot! Tons of overtime. And, what's a better way to rack up the hours than to go down a lonnnnng list of registrants??? They can totally justify it, yet, at the same time, they know damn well it wasn't anyone on the list. These dirt bags just make me sick!

And of course lets not forget that anyone with an SO charge is also capable of murder. No one has said it but I think the Calvaras County Sheriff has a last name that befits him.
