Hello, i'm new here, and i need to hear from some "accidental offenders" - no disrespect, but the guilty pleas that have their "preferences" is one thing - but how many are here because they've been charged (or their 'people" have been) for a misunderstanding, or because they have mental issues, or because whatever? please i'd like to know i'm not alone, as we have been through 2 years of hell, fighting, and still i'm home alone, while my hubby pays a debt to society. sometimes good people have to do something so wrong for themselves to make it right by others. maybe it sounds like i'm in denial, but i think maybe we have an EXCEPTIONAL circumstance, and i'd like to hear from others fighting the same battle.

*sigh* we had so much evidence that could show she was lying and had a motive, but most wasn't allowed (yes, it went to court, we got a hung jury) He WAS found guilty of corruption of a minor, because he admitted he looked the other way when it came to her stealing cigarettes.
Generally that is a slap on the wrist and often in our area just a fine. heck I would say half the county has been guilty of that.
But he's a monster cos he rough-housed with the kids and allowed her to take cigarettes. never mind that she picked up the habit at the Aunt and Uncle's house, where she wanted to live , and in whose house she actually hooked up with a 23 year old when she was 13...we reported it...she was angry cos she was "in love" with him.
Yeah, see a picture forming? Too bad the jury didn't get to see much of it.
Also..can you teach me the basics of extreme couponing? Lol I know its off topic but I never understood how you acquire the coupons that allow you to get stuff for free..

There's so much to the story.... I posted quite a bit of it on Prisontalk ...one of my first posts(as Tardisgirl)
It gets better cos she and her Aunt were standing outside of the courthouse and her Aunt went to hand her a cigarette and then realized where she was at, and pulled it back at the last moment.
As for "Extreme Couponing" *sigh* I hate that show.
First you may want to Google J'aime Kirlew coupon fraud and check out some of the videos where she's shown mis-using coupons by decoding the family codes.
Most of the stores featured on the show, will lay aside their policies for the cameras. A lot of the high-value coupons used are fraudulent or were provided by the show. The large quantities were most probably purchase on e-bay or from a coupon clipping service.
Now, yes.. I have gotten some very high% savings. They are usually during very small trips/transactions where I'm buying maybe 3-5 different types of things. Usually using coupons combined with a catalina promotion.
