this caught my attention because of the words, amber alert, missing 13yro and "high-tech tools". again with social media and lying about her age.

would so love to know what she says and what he says.

You take one look at that girl though and she looks young, This is very different from some of the stings in central floriduh.

yeah i know that but i would really like to know what else was said between the 2 of them. you can bet your butt that if it's anything that alludes to something even remotely sexual it will be brought out and/or attributed to him. if it's on her part??? nah, you just know that sweet innocent 13yro girls would never do such a thing.

middle aged men, no scratch that. people in general can be so dumb sometimes. if a 13yro who lied about their age talked to you via social media and was telling you that they were being mistreated by a step-?, being bullied non stop at school and nothing was being done or needed to to get to their father or mother (who couldn't afford the trip) in another state??? and IF you didn't know all the crap we know about 'sex offenses' and the rest of it, would you want to help them.....

Even in that situation it is still kidnapping though.

If the 13 year old is initiating the sex talk it still does not make it okay to move forward with it. Most younger people that initiate this type of talk with adults are acting out their past abuse.

I think most 13 year olds that initiate this type of talk are confused by their raging hormones and not smart enough to think about any long term ramifications. Why would you assume it's because they had been previously abused?

oh i know what he did was against the law. transporting a minor over state line and all of that.

but what gets me is the fact that no matter what she did or said? he is the one that is going to get it shoved where the sun doesn't shine. even with her lying about her age, she will not have to face any of the responsibility or blame for this. any and all blame, will be his in the eyes of the law.
