I wanted to share this book that my husband told me about. He said it really helped him to regain at least some inner power while he is incarcerated. The book is about people who have committed crimes (all different kinds, including sex crimes), so I'm not sure if it is appropriate or helpful for those of you who have loved ones in prison who were falsely accused. However, it may be helpful for them to learn to gain some peace. I ordered a copy for myself and have read almost the whole thing, and I have found it very helpful for me too. Even though I'm not in prison, it is relevant to pretty much anyone struggling with hardships, grief, and anger.
