I wonder if paradoxically, the attention that has been given to the RSOs in that community, will spur some residency restriction changes. One can only hope that some good will come out of the emotional beating these people took due to irresponsible and shock-seeking reporting.

Bill Campbell if this guy was a sex offender or not doesn't matter. That's not the point of the story. The news is trying to continue this story to keep readers attention and this story IS about the child molesters. The sex offenders that lived in her area and how they are being forced away from one area which is causing them to go into another area. The real solution would be to put them all in jail, as it should be when you take the innocence from a child. The children are not safe with them on the streets whether they be living near a school or in a small community, they should not be allowed those rights after they have harmed a child in such a way. If someone went in and tried to kill a supreme court member I highly doubt they would ever let that person near anyone in the judicial system again so why are they continuing to allow these child abusers to constantly be around children, that is the issue. No matter where we send them, unless it is jail, they will have the ability and will use their ability to harm children. Plain and simple. Stop protecting the name of pedophiles, it only makes you look like one

It is interesting they use the term "sex offender ghetto." The term "ghetto" was used in the 1930s to describe places Jews were forced to live.
