Heard on the news this morning that the District FIRED the Principal who suspended the kid.
Finally something right for a change.

That is not how the media is spinning it... they say that he was forced to 'retire'... RETIRE? with BENEFITS? REALLY?!? why not just say "YOU'RE FIRED!"... and no benefits, not insurance and just thrown out on the street like a regular citizen...

Wow now they are really backtracking. Good to see that they are at least trying to make a horrible situation better. But it should never have happened, it was definitely an excessive punishment for a 9yo child. My son is almost that age and he wouldn't even understand what a 'suggestive' tone means!
