I think the parents and the da should be charged as sex offenders for having dirty minds I remember growing up and this was an innocent game

far as i know as soon as he turns 12 the DA will be prosecuting him, and placing him on the registry.

In the first line of the second page of the case log that anarchy posted, I think we found the reason for all of this.

"He allegedly touched his 5 year-old female companion inappropriately. She
is the daughter of a well-known political figure in Grant County, Wisconsin. Although, the political figure's 5 year-old son (present with his 5 year-old sister), allegedly committed a similar act, the son was not charged."

Just because his the son of a political figure should mean squat but on this case it does

Last year in our State's General Assembly Justice committee meeting, an advocacy group got up and supported a bill that put juveniles on the registry for 25 years. While there are some juveniles who are truly dangerous, there are too many people out there who use poor judgement to determine what is dangerous and what is not.

I paid $2500 for my husband's psychological evaluation. I can't imagine that the parents of a 6-year-old have the resources to protect a child who was exhibiting normal play behaviors from the d___heads who want to use him for their own purposes.

Who are truly the dangerous people in this case? Is it REEEEALLY the six-year-old who is exhibiting age-appropriate normal exploratory behavior or the D.A. who obviously has anti-social personality traits? I say we should have a registry for dangerous people like him.

The girl was not charged neather was the boy whose daddy was in office but yet this other boy was I'm against kids on the registery but why only punish one child when all three where involved and instead of punishing him they need to teach him right.from wrong

True and instead of treating them like adults treats them liike kids when ever we did something wrong we all got grounded or whooped for doing something now days the courts want to punish the kids and not letting the parents do it
