Just remember that the age of consent is different in every state... In WI it is 18 but as you go south... it gets less and less.

California is 18 but if her parents consented... and signed it off on it all... I am guessing there is a loophole... and they jumped through it.

also remember that a complaint needs to be filed by someone against them too... if no one complains... NO CRIME... isn't that nice and neat how that works? (sarcasm implied)

The whole point is why does our government think that teens are some kind of idiots that can not make their own decisions until they hit that magic number 18! I asked both my kids if they felt different when they turned 18 they both said NO. If our teens can not decide about sexual relations then why in the heck can they drive at 16!!!!!!! My whole point here is that we have gone way TOO far with control in this country...... The age of consent should be looked at. Are not these laws, when it comes to the whole teen thitng a bit MORAL. I thought MORAL is something found in religion..... the sad thing is that teens having sex has gone on for centuries,,,,,,do I think that teens should be running around having sex with everyone NO but that is my religious belief. This is the scary part to me, MAN playing GOD and deciding all the rules...................who are we going to target next? PS I think the two of them getting married is a joke....I do not see it lasting. We are turning into country of hypocrits!
