Like you, I am very grateful for this site. Everyone here has helped me get through the first hell of arrest, trial, sentencing and going to prison. I don't believe I could have handled it without everyone's support. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
My hubby isn't here either, but I am thankful that we had experience of being apart for holidays due to the military that prepared us for this time apart. It's actually quite amazing how similar prison is to the Navy. LOL
We are without my husband too. Trying to still make it a good day for the kids, I know I should but it just feels not right without him. He was gone last year too, but we thought he would be back a few weeks ago so, you know.
Anyway, I'm thankful that this group exists and I hope you all have a good day and find some peace. If not today, some day.
